Today I officially joined the big family at my new school. Everyone seems really nice and it is great that people have expectations. It is also great to be in a place where the management welcomes feedback and takes your words seriously. I hope that this is the place where I would be able to pursue my interests, talents etc and be rewarded for it; not necessarily in monetary terms but in terms of recognition and make a difference in the way my students learn.
I am looking forward to it.
